Located north of the historic centre, next to the protected area of El Berrocal. It can be reached both from Trujillo and from the A-5 motorway via the service road, and is close to the road leading to Monfragüe National Park.
Topography and landscape
With varied topography, facing south and with magnificent views of Trujillo, the land slopes gently downwards. It is covered with holm oaks dotted across flat pastures and rock formations.
Uses
Fully enclosed by stone walls, it has water and electricity from the town network, supplied from Huerta Magdalena, a small neighbouring hamlet.
The estate is ideal for leisure, surrounded by a wide network of ancient drovers’ roads. The land is buildable: a private house or a rural guesthouse can be permitted. An admissible design proposal is included.
Blending into the surroundings
Given the high landscape value of the site and its location within an environmental protection area, the house must be built with materials that blend into the surroundings, such as stone walls and aged tile roofs.
