Raso del Arca, S.L. was founded in 1994 in Madrid (Spain). Its founder and owner is Javier Vázquez, architect and urban planner, who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 1981. In its early years the company focused on buying land, developing it and building homes in the Madrid region.
Philosophy
From the land to the finished project
Today our company specialises in land acquisition, urban planning management and the complete planning and architectural design of the buildings to be constructed.
The land is then sold or contributed to companies in which Raso del Arca, S.L. takes part with other partners, through to its full construction and sale.
Our projects are mainly aimed at tourist facilities and residential developments in growth areas, located in places of landscape and historical importance within Spain.
Our main goal is to select land in strategic locations and add value through its design, always backed by market research.
