One hour from Madrid, this development includes an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, equestrian centre, 410 terraced houses, 250 apartments, a hotel, a conference centre and a residence for the elderly. It is an example of a tourist resort integrated into nature within a centuries-old holm oak forest, and its architecture offers a new take on the traditional Toledo village.
