This tourism development aims to provide the La Vera region with sports facilities — a 9-hole golf course —, a conference centre and a 270-apartment aparthotel with spa. La Vera is a tourist area close to Madrid, next to the Gredos mountains and of high ecological value; one of the cornerstones of the project is the conservation and reforestation of the site with native tree species.
